ITAR

Majestic Metals is fully committed to comply with all applicable US export control laws and regulations.

On January 4, 2010 company management approved a Technology Control Plan that outlines policies and procedures designed to protect customer’s product information.  The plan insures compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and other technology export control laws.

On February 2, 2010, Majestic Metals received notification of Manufacturer Registration review completion from the US Department of State and was assigned registration a code.

Majestic Metals’ Technology Control Plan also requires cooperation from its sub-contractors receiving ITAR regulated information.  Sub-contractors sign non-disclosure agreements and are subject to compliance audits.

As an important part of the supply chain for sheet metal products and assemblies, all customers can rest assured that proprietary information will not be shared beyond the need to know for manufacturing purposes.
